Life in a cave is very comfortable, with the ambient temperature always feeling right whatever the temperature outside. So when it's very hot outside, it's like having airconditioning, & when it's cooler in winter, it's beautifully warm. When the cave was redeveloped, I put in a wood burning stove. Waste of time, it's been used twice since installation, it is NEVER necessary.
The cave has mains electricity, mains water, plus the convenience of a 5,000 litre water deposit. The mains water is delivered through this system, with the advantages that it is always available, it is better quality (as it is filtered) & the pressure is very good.

The property is situated just outside Los Lobos, a mere 8 minutes drive from several beach resorts. Villaricos & San Juan de los Terreros. Cuevas del Almanzora & PulpiŽare also 8 minutes away, & Vera less than 15 minutes.
